Super easy to set up, I have it running 6 cameras. If your looking to set up a decent security system, with wifi, VPN, Zoom, Pan, Tilt, Voice, Night Vision, etc, This app should have everything your looking for, everyone has different expectations, so you decide what's best for you. There is NO customer service , And what's on YouTube is a language issue!

Can you guys improve the cruise control function? Like it would be nice to set times between movements and let it roll on loop forever or for a certain amount of time. Not just this small tour run that just runs through the presets selected and then it stops.

i changed from the regular iCSee app to this one, because the other stopped my video recordings, my playback and photos, but if I bought all their cloud, disk service they would allow me to have all the original things that I first started with. please don't do this on this app ... PLEASE. 5 STAR RATING FOR NOW, I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER HOW THIS iCSee Pro app works.

This app works much better than the ICSEE app. My only problem with this app is the system continues to set its own passwords even after factory reset. It will not allow me to change the passwords of the devices once they have been connected. And it will not tell me what password was put in its place. So how am I to attach another device that uses a different application?

Update: All looks good again (being tested for over a year, with phones up to Android 10) and score adjusted. Good app. Would love to see an easy way of adding additional camera manufactures. iCSee Pro (18/05/2018): - Problem with the launcher continues (the app causes phone to ask which launcher to use from time to time - this is slightly better than previous version when it actually wanted to be a launcher). This need fixing or roll back the version (hence the low score). - The app works well with the camera. Some options could be better described (English translation using google not always accurate). - Not sure where the "Pro" suggests. Perhaps in future there will a charge? - Good effort but still needs needs work

The app keeps crashing or doesn't function as intended. Crash when I open playback, crash after accessing older videos, crash when I switch from SD to FHD, crash after notification shows "video open success". Seems like a bandwidth issue that the system can't support. Please provide an bug fix update soon. Other than that, this app has potential to be perfect with its other functions.

The app & camera is good for active survellance (viewing), but not for automatic recording. One can actively see in real time whatever is in the camera's fish eye scope of view moderately well as the image quality is not so good. However, if the device is left to record on it's own, for example through motion alarm setting it wont. Messages are sent to the app and the phone is also notified that the alarm was triggered, but no image is sent despite setting. Reset helped with prior + cam issue.

Its ok have had it for 4 years but what i hate is, there is no way to fast forward the recordings so you can see when something occurs. Ive used many surveillance software and this is the only one that only plays in real time making it impossible to review occurences. Its only good for viewing in real time but not recordings. It should not be called Pro until it is able to use 2x and 4x and 8x speed features.
