Exceptionally bad. i gave them a 3rd try... it's just bad... nothing really works. Once I had been charged 3 times for one order. Usually missing items from orders. Been charged for an order but the restaurant wasn't even open, but it appeared on the app as being open and everything i've read from others happened to me also... Support non existent.. i had an order get to me 3 times with the same missing items and got back half the money as vouchers becouse they had a maximum ammount of vouchers

It's the second time Tazz charges more than the order price + the additional service price. The first time it said the delivery is free but it was added to the final price without any mention. Today is my second time. The period in-between the events was in months. Both times the final price didn't make any sense after adding all item prices. Please fix this, the "operational service" price is too big anyway not need to hide an additional price for nothing...

The latest updates make the app awful. The AI chat is a useless loop that has 0 functionality - they should seriously consider firing their product manager. That that bot seems like a midle school project at best. In the past 2 weeks I placed multiple orders before 8 pm and it's delivered after 10 pm. The order is always ready in a couple a minutes and the transport takes a couple minutes more, never more than 1h in total. The estimated delivery time always increases. The food arrives cold.

I'm giving a star just because I can't give zero stars. Worst food delivery app in Bucharest. All my last three orders had delay, two of them had delay more then a hour. They show you fake status in the app. They say that a courier has been assigned, but it doesn't show anywhere on the map. When reaching to support chat it actually said that there wasn't any courier assigned for the order and they'll assign one now. Not helpul at all. Terrible app.

It is like a russian roulette but only with one missing bullet. The orders are either delayed, either products are missing, either you have to wait for 2h because the courier is waiting for more orders at the restaurant and therefore you receive your food cold, either the courier speaks no understandable language when he can't find a simple address and the list can go on and on. I have tazz genius for more than 2 years and it is the worst subscription I ever payed.

WORST service offered by a delivery company / app. They modify delivery time without reason. Ordered some food from a well-known fast food, 2.4 km away, and they modified initial delivery time up to 2h and 30 min. I ended up canceling the order. They let partners advertise products that they don't have. After you make / pay the order the partner calls you to modify or cancel your initial order. Same old corporate excuses. Same old corporate replies. (check their answers on the reviews)

Chat support is completely useless and you have no way to reach a real person that can actually help. Errors after errors when trying to pay, then saying that the order is placed, but the restaurant does not confirm it. When you try to find out more, it's says payment has failed......why didn't it say so from the start and not make me waste an hour waiting for food that will never come

Tazz is the worst service in Romania, not just in the food delivery category. They should just discontinue the service completely. I advise everyone to keep making complaints to ANPC each time the food arrives cold or melted. It's really easy and you can make multiples, after each failed order. Remember to keep a screenshot of the interaction with "Laura" or with the equally useless support, as you will need this as proof for ANPC that you've tried to resolve the issue with Tazz first.
