Bug where Ticketmaster account linkage does not work when default browser is Firefox, fixed when switching this to Chrome. Past events are not viewable as well. Verified that the account number currently on my app matched the one in the ticket receipt via email. Ok app, just buggy.

It stopped working with ticketmaster. I have Suns tickets that I can't see or use on my phone. Simply awful quality. Using Ticketmaster standalone also doesn't work with Suns tickets.

Only want a Game Starting notification but it seems like it just won't happen. I set it for that and final score and it just stopped. Set it one last time. Not impressed with the app overall. OK I set notifications a 2nd time and they worked for 2 or 3 games ,then tonight didn't notify me of game start. I uninstalled.

What a rip off. I tried to purchase tickets and at first the price looks good. When you get to the end they tack on an extra $15 PER TICKET!! to the original price. I went on the Gametime app and found the exact same seats, actually one row closer, for $30 less. I don't know if it's Ticketmaster, the Suns organization, or the app but try look elsewhere for tickets. The only reason I downloaded the app was to use it to make ticket purchases. 👎

I have tried numerous times to upload a fry's receipt to a promotion that needs a picture of the store receipt in order to claim to complamentrie tickets and it wont let me upload my picture and i Also left msgs with the issue and haven't got a response or call

I have to go to my phone settings and make my font pretty small to be able to view and access the important log in/sign in button. The app would not scroll down to show the button in my larger font. Please fix to work with all font sizes! Very frustrating. I would have never thought to change my font to fix an app problem without my app developer husband to help. My phone is the Samsung S21.

I installed the app in preparation for the 2024 WNBA Allstar game in Arizona. The app has the coolest features such as being able to customize the app for Suns or Mercury teams or just events at Footprint center. The app has helpful information on transportation, downtown sights, team merchandise and much more.
