It's telling me I have to allow the app access to make and receive phone calls to use this device. Also to allow access to modify my photos and videos. I don't see how either of those are relevant to the use of a camera bulb. If I want tonsave videos I can grant permission AT THAT TIME to access my files in order to save it. Developers don't need access to delete or copy photos on my phone.

Very frustrating. I went around and around in circles trying to get it to actually work. Then it worked...and I have no idea what I did that made it work. The directions to connect to the camera are a joke. The English translations are pitiful and confusing... clearly they didn't work with a translator to author the English translations. The camera itself would be decent if it would actually take a charge and work without a DC connection. Very frustrating to say the least.

With all these One star ratings, you would think that someone would actually try and fix the issue but what do I know? This app only works with the raggedy wifi on the app itself and you phone or wifi does not work when connected. If you connect camera to a diff wifi... if you can...it crashes andylu have to reset and start over only to end up.back in the same place. Going in circles and getting no where.

Can't even download app up a point, then wants access to ALL of phones info. Are you crazy?, l pluged it in and it didn't even turn on light that indicated it was functioning. What a waste of time and money. Amazon don't you vet your vendors? Not very concedetate of your customers. Sending back, better get a refund!

Useless. Don't buy and avoid. When you scan the QR code to install the app, it opens page in Chinese. First impression - it smells dodgy. After installation, the first thing you see is advertisement. This is second warning. After skipping the advert it asks you to give it an access to make calls, read your data, have access to you photos and videos. Without that, it won't let you further. This is a big red flashing light. If they feed you with adverts and want to access your phone data it's bad!

I've used many cameras and its apps, But this camera and its app are the most useless, there is a problem in app connectivity and the result of the camera is absolutely useless, there is no night vision option nor adapter with it. I've added to my anxiety by buying it. I am writing this review two months after I bought it online from Ali Express.

Garbage. Stupidly bought 3 cameras from AliExpress (good thing they were cheap) and have spent hours trying to connect even one of the three cameras. App keeps crashing, is full of spelling mistakes which further adds to the confusion and I get error after error. Despite videos of them not working, Ali left me hanging. AVOID.

I'm giving it a one because it's way too complicated the connection is sketchy at best the app constantly crashes it has a bad grainy picture it's not worth the time nor the headache you put into installing and updating this thing to where it's actually functioning for it to be worth the while if you spent more than $0.33 on it you're wasted your damn money I would send it back for a refund but it's probably going to cost me more for the refund it is to throw a piece of junk in the trash all in
