Bookmarking does not work, reports success but actually cannot load any bookmarks later. Comments are not approved (or showing), not sure why. News is not updated so frequently with a possible delay up to 3 days.The app itself may deserve 3 stars but the overall (for content management and operation as well) rating is maximum at 1 star. Good luck to you guys.

Great app! My go to Vietnamese news source. Just a few suggestions that may improve overall user experience. 1. The ability to select and copy text 2. Ability to "like/unlike" comments multiple times, for instances when "unliked" by mistake because colour of "like" is too similar to default 3. Either make the headline carousel manual, or slow the delay in between slides down. Atm it's too fast to read 4 headlines, let alone digest the information 4. Make it easier for people to donate by PayPal.

Two suggestions: 1. Put a pause button on the scrolling news articles so someone as slow as myself can scan each one before scrolling to next 4 articles, and 2. Put dates and times on scrolling articles so someone can see if covid articles are old or new (as VN reports figures 2 times a day it helps as I wish to read total figure stories not half time stats)

Always take too much time to open the front page. Sometimes doesn't open for 10-15 minutes. Other apps work properly only this one has problem. Even i tried to update but it's the latest version but still not working... worst experience...

I think this app has offered me good news but the experience in the apps was not good, compared to BBC and CNN , It lagged and I think there should be an update for a smooth experience in this app. I use Samsung galaxy note 3

Good source for Vietnamese news. Edit: issue with content failing to load on the app for several days now. But I can access the website from a browser on my phone fine.

Your photos are not loading. For a few days Your photos do not load. You ought to check this out. Did a delete and reinstall and no pics. Installed on a new device and no pics. Is there anybody monitoring the site? Jeeze.
