L'application est plutôt bien faite est peut être très pratique. Elle est malheureusement indispensable pour les patients de l'IPC. Le gros problème, c'est que le code PIN pour y accéder change régulièrement. J'y accède pour suivre le dossier d'un proche. Ça marche bien quelques semaines et un beau jour mon code PIN est erroné. Il faut en demander un nouveau, le recevoir par SMS, etc... ce qui n'est pas pratique, voire impossible, pour des personnes âgées. Du coup, plus aucun accès au dossier.
