Hello, Kindly pay attention to this issue. Since past few updates I am unable to use the playback option, I thought it would be fixed with latest updates but despite the recent update it's still the same. Not just in my phone but most of the phones in my family. Kindly help me fix this issue as I just cannot use the playback option.

This app does a very good job of viewing all CCTV cameras remotely,the only thing which I found is a major missing thing is playback control. It should have 1x, 2x, 4x, 8x speeds in playback mode. It is a must have feature. If we want to review the video we have to sit through the whole time of the video, that is not practical.They should also add feature of skipping for just 5 sec or 10 seconds when we double tap the right side of the screen. Please do the needful. ADD SPEED IN PLAYBACK!!!

I have this installed on two mobile phones. One receives notifications as requested and the other does not. The installation set up is exactly the same on both phones. Totally unreliable if one of us needs to look at an event more closely. Not really fit for purpose. This is only a recent occurrence and I'm really disappointed because it defeats the object.

The app is full of bugs. I'll get a notification, tap on it and the app opens up without requiring fingerprint ID. After viewing the notification, you have access to the entire app. It would be nice if all my cameras showed on the home screen rather than having to tap, load more all the time. It would be nice if I could adjust the sensitivity of cameras from the app. Constantly get buffering issues on Wi-Fi at work despite IT granting access to the IP address.

App crashes and restarts with the newest versions when trying to Playback recordings. ("Program exception. The mobile client is about to restart"). Used to work just fine a couple of months ago. I fail to understand how developers can write software that doesn't properly capture exceptions of any sort and that consider an app restart a proper exception handler.

App is ok. Intelligence Motion detection settings previously only worked on 1st camera and not all, but now settings section has completely disappeared. Please add this back and fix for all cameras. Outdoor intercom integrated system - receiving push notifications for the calls but the notification can't be closed/cleared unless I go into the HikConnect app and manually check "Mark as all read". Transition during sunrise is annoying as it flickers and notifies an event every 3 mins for an hour.

Earlier I used to get a snapshot/ thumbnail photo alongwith the notification in the app. But since the last few updates, I have stopped getting the snapshots /thumbnails. This is proving to be a problem as then I have to watch the playback of the notification. I have searched the net for a solution but haven't found any. Pls look into it and please suggest a solution. Would have given 5 stars if this problem wasn't there.
