Doesn't provide playback after 3pm. If playing after 3pm, it skips back to midnight. The playback slider is very fiddly. When trying to play exact minute, it is difficult to adjust the slider to go to that exact time and it jumps around a lot. Needs somewhere to manually input numbers for the playback time or make the slider less sensitive. Great app otherwise.

This app needs total facelift.. Hardware they provide is rock solid, but this app provide doesn't justify the quality of the equipments. as of now, for live streaming purpose only it becomes handy. Other features like Playback, highlighting the moments, motion filter, all filled with bugs here and there. there's lots of bugs and more room for improvement, as of now my experience is not that much smooth. let's hope for better update with bug fixes and interface improvment..

Finding it very difficult to playback. It takes a long time to reach the time which we want. As it gives option to select month and date it should also give option to select the time from this time to this time. Many times it shows the percentage and then shows error. What is use of this type of app? When we want urgently to playback any issues it doesn't work. Experienced many times. I request the app management to do something and fix the issues as early as possible.

Extremely poor app , rehauling the app without testing. Playback is not happening. Entire interface is changed. The cameras are not labelled accurately. Why is not labelled properly. The application should be easy to use otherwise it's pointless. User interface is very poor. Beware of this software ,do not subscribe to it. You can have gold of hardware, but if there's no supporting software it's a piece of junk.

Wrost update ever , the old one is good , after update its not working properly, issue in using live and playback . When we use playback the scroll function doesn't work ( when we scroll to move any time(5/6/7) it return back to 00:00am ). Most of the time it doesn't work , even we can't open it , and show "the app is not working " and bug issue .

Which genius decided that it was okay to introduce a new interface without ensuring the basic functionalities work smoothly. Connection fails abruptly. Sometimes can't even connect for hours at a stretch without any reason. And sometimes you can see the live feed but playback doesn't load. I guess all their effort went on that annoying 0-100% load screen. And what's the need to load 0-100% every time I switch between cameras? Pure incompetence.

Simply put, an unusable app. The stream lags and disconnects frequently. Hard to watch playback as well since the time slider is really difficult to set. Terrible mistake buying from this company, I would suggest everyone to go for hikvision compared to this nonsense. Also, I don't know why people who are saying that the app is not working is giving it a 5 star.

After so many bad reviews, why developers are not fixing the issues. Before the update, it was working fine, now it's loading very slow, no option to select the timelines, when you fast forward there is no option to fast-forward all the camaras together, rather you need to do that separately. Please fix the issues and suggest some alternative as well.
