Not bad, but definitely not good enough: some charging station are on the map, but they are not connected yet to system or, power supply is higher than shown in app (these happens in stations near Deva, RO). Also, possibility to reserve the EV charging station would be very helpful.

Didn't get the activation code to my phone, can't register. Customer support wasn't helpful at all, they just said "dunno". After it arrived 6 hours later, the first 3 times I used the charger the app sucked double amount of money from my card. It's unacceptable, practically stealing.

Not possible to sign up. I can not choose the vehicle and I get an error. I use A LOT of time in front of the chargers and couldn't do anything. I have charged on different suppliers across Europe and this is definitely the worst

Worst EV charging app ever. Desperate to change my car, it took me one hour of trying to get to charge it... Extremely frustrating! When possible, avoid them!

The app's design could use a facelift, it is not up to today's standards. The chargers occasionally do not work and even support or the crew of the station cannot help.

Not that it's not working, their customer support and efacec Chargers. You just always get stranded by the road with them. I was promissed to get back the call, 0 points.

Blocker: cannot create account on mobile app, neither on mobile (webapp) or desktop (webapp, using Chrome or Edge). It crashes right after you insert card details. :(

I cannot sign in. I cannot choose the manufacturer and type of the car. Without this I cannot go to the next step even I press skip. App says the manufacturer of the car and type are mandatory
