At 12:45 I placed the order. By the app, the estimated arrival time is 13:15 - great. At 14:00 - still waiting for the order, the app say that it is still "prepared" and the estimated arrival time is 13:15 (??) No customer service to talk to, only way is using WhatsApp bot which is useless and just writes me that they still "prepare" my order....

Gmail login stopped working. Can't order without login, makes the app completely unusable.

There is bug, happened several times. It sometimes gets openned twice. So every pop screen I answer twice. Guess it is possible to check if app is already running, and not open a new instance. Another issue, two many pop up screen for selection, and many times going back, gets back too much, I. E. All the way, and need to enter tons of info in all the screens again...

Very disappointing. Arrived at Mcd only to find out that you need to use the app. Downloaded the app and 10 mins later the installation was still at 43% telling me it still needs to download photos and menu... It is now an hour and a half and tried installing 4 times and each time the app hangs at 43%....

Certain options are absent, like sauces (we like a lot of ketchup and no mayo, yet delivery will forever come with not enough ketchup and some unnecessary mayo that goes to waste). Also, some dishes and products are unavailable for delivery, which is unfortunate. All these shortcomings could have been solved by exchaning two words with a human being. Or, for instance, having the option to leave a short note for the order. Other than that great app, thank you Mc!

The GUI is not responsive and not intuitive it is very hard to remove and edit an item after it added to the tray in the app, Regarding the food, far from fresh most of the food is only heated on spot so if you look for quality meal or even fast food then it is not Macdonald's Also the value for money is far from good for a preheated meal.
