I placed an order on 17th oct 2019, which was not delivered. As per the service executive, there were some technical issues and the order was cancelled (which now surprisingly shows delivered). I was promised a refund which has not been processed yet. I sincerely request you to please look into this matter.

You won't be able register easily, as they don't send OTP on phone. Later, you'll know that you can login using email. Lucky that you've registered now but now you won't be able to open Menu or anything on the application. So, it's actually waste of time.

Always shows delivered when its not so. Staff never calls & tells there will be delay in delivery. Customers need to chase to check status getting zero courtesy response. Poor packaging consistent issue. Misusing its reputation of good food & turning into quite an unprofessional chain. Delight to disappointment quite quickly

These useless people make an app but dont know how to run the operations required. I placed an order at 6pm to be delivered at 8pm and when I called the restuarant at 8.30 to check, they said they never received the order and will send it now in 40 mins. Dont waste money on building your own app.

Most pathetic service, it took more than 2.5 hours to get it delivered to my place. By the time I received it, it wasn't warm enough to eat. The quality was also cheap when served cold. Dialled customer care who didn't even listen to me completely, put me on hold and disconnected the call. Food is average and service is aweful and irresponsible. Never again. #ShameOnYou.

This is the worst app I have ever used. Get help doesn't work in the app. The loyalty points are not updated correctly. Just do not use it and go for settled platform like Zomato app.

Every time, we open the app a message is shown update available, but if you want to update nothing happens. Auto update is available but why showing this prompt again and again?

I am not able to place order through the app. Everytime it is saying new update available, update the app. But app is not updating and I am getting the same message again and again. Tried 10 or 15 times. And got the same reply.
