It's good. It's better to use COD payment as sometimes resteraunts will change prices or not have some product available. Which has caused issues before. While refund is prompt enough, better to not need it. Other then that the app is good, showing all restaurant availability etc though some always seem to be closed pls look into that.

Very sorry to tell this... using this app makes disappoinment often, food is not on time... Better allot many person for delivering.. so that it would be easy for the person who deliver! And also we'll recieve the food soon.. very worst nowadays using this app... Really please do consider and make changes

Only shows, we've blocked all requests from this device due to unusual activity. What a foolish app. Can't even make an account. Not at all can order. Don't know what activity. But can't make an account. As fill number and click send otp, it shows this message, no otp comes. Stupid app. If you dont want people to use app, why you put it on play store.

Terrible Service This is perhaps the world's only delivery service that does everything but deliver. They have a decent app, an aspiring team, and a vast potential market that has no other competitor. If only they could do what they claim to do. To deliver food on time. P.S. : I wrote this while waiting for an order made 2 hours ago.

Major changes have been made since the last time. Need to reduce the time taken for delivering the orders. The coverage of restaurant is amazing. And they even go out of the way to provide food even after their delivery time some times late night. This is the go to service in karaikal for food delivery. #reliable#kindly reduce your delivery time

Its was a good app. I ouse to order regularly from here. its customer service was best. There are other apps in market too for delivery but nothing was compare to this. Deducted 4 star for very very very slow and sometime mixed delivery.

Worst delivery experience. It took more than 1 and half hour for delivery. It's not just one time. More or less it's same always. Try to avoid this app.

Terrible app,Not sure delivery steal guys are stealing or they miss the order everytime.Order four times,twice items were missed and not replaced/cash given back.Third time item was totally different.Dont ever install or use this app.
