Many broken bikes, app is not reliable, they were unable to process my payment for the 24h pass even though I tried several times, so I needed to pay a lot more... Other time my bike was broken but they still charged me and didn't let me take another bike for the next 30 mins so I was stuck at a place with very poor public transport. Instead of a 15 mins journey it took me almost an hour. Huge disappointment.

Never enough bikes. You get to a station it tells you to go to and it's empty. Then the directions lead you up a hill that you have to push the bike up. I ended up biking 20 minutes and walking 30 minutes for what google said was a 40 minute WALK. Unfortunately such poorly executed apps and management will push people away from a good concept. They also appear to use fake reviews to manipulate their rating, beware.

Appaling service which ruined my visit to Marseille. From the train station, I was hoping to explore the city on bike trips, however out of approx 10 bikes tried over half had issues including: app errors when scanning bike, unable to start another trip after returning faulty bike (seat post slipping), on another, electric failed on the first hill, then when I returned the bike to the stand, the ride did not end in the app. Oh, and €15 taken off my card before I even went anywhere...

if everything works, it is nice, but if it doesn't, it his hard to mitigate. can't really reach customer service

Works pretty well... APK should display parking spots while riding bike! Zoom where we are at start up, such a lack of ergonomic to have to zoom in manually while you're looking a bike around you...not it the whole city. (And where are the available bikes?!?)

It was great, after the new update I can't see the most charged bike, or even the charge after I take it

This is a very bad app. Doea not acutalize, you are not sure if you gave back the bike. doesn't show free spots to give back the bike, so difficumt to plan a trip

To create an account you have to enter in a code that comes to your email. If you are on a mobile device you have to exit the app to look up the code naturally when you come back to the app it restarts the process so the code is nomlonger valid. Absolutely stupid
