even though I paid through their available options, I still had to repay the shipping in cash. They take forever to respond to emails. The estimated delivery is a lie too. They put 3-4 days when it take up to a week to get there. If I'm paying 50-70$ PER shipping, it should at least arrive on time. It doesn't even give you the shipping label as its supposed to, I have to write everything down twice, on app, then on paper for the courier. If it wasn't for the war, I wouldn't be using this.

I'm very disappointed. I got charged for an additional fee even though I already paid the shipping fee when I checked out the order. There were two transaction on their apps: 1 with additional fee and the other without (most likely for the same package). The one they proceeded on was with the fee. Passing the responsibility to their customer. This wasn't my first transaction, so I know I shouldn't have to pay extra.

Never had a positive experience with the app. Now, upon login when it asks for the phone number it just gives an error of "Too many requests..." Previously when I used to have access to the app, it showed around 15 different address for my location. Seems every time I inquire or track a package, it adds a new address... Anyway, now I cannot access the app anymore because of the error. Anyway I can update this review to 0 stars?

This app is useless. After you input your address and select deliver, the Aramex system didn't get your address and didn't even got any information of your preference to deliver. The most annoying thing, their delivery driver will call you to inform of the scheduled delivery within 45min. After waiting for the whole day, only to find out that they have Attempted Delivery as declared in the app. How can they attempted delivery when I haven't got any call they they are in my villa?

Very bad service. I have scheduled dat and time for the shipment. But they didn't deliver. I have sent email to them(2 times) but there is no response. How we can believe this type of service! There is no option to give zero rating so that I selected one.

Bunch of scammers . they scam my goods worth almost 200dollars. My parcel was sent via aramex and couple of days it showed delivered when i have not received. I tried contacting them but for more than a week now no response. The address online is a false location and phone numbers are not going through. No means to get to them. Scammers . SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! STAY AWAY.

Since the update, the app has not been working efficiently. First, it shows the fees in a different currency than my country. Sexond, even if I attempt to pay the amount shown in a different currency, it won't generate an activation pin or shows errors repeatedly!!

The app doesn't work. Everytime I want to log in error says mu password doesn't work even though it's correct. App also won't accept tracking numbers the parcel calculator has a bad error. Not pleased with the app needs to be taken off store or fixed ASAP!
