Useless app, can't login. Zero stars! The mobile app has lost the functionality too, does nothing when you click the login button for broadband. I can see the point of having another apk for just broadband if you don't have a mobile account but if you can't even login to either of them, what is the point of even releasing it in the first place? Not willing to call customer service and waiting for over an hour to probably get no where as many have done so.

Really good app to have if you're in NZ BUT kept charging me double for roaming when I was overseas. I was very careful to check NZ time zone so I know I wasn't doing it just before midnight. It didn't matter. I was still charged twice. Have submitted a complaint online but got no reply.

The support team for my Fibre Starter Broadband plan were extremely helpful in troubleshooting my connection and providing all manner of services. They are doing a great job with this App as it gets updated by the Support Team in realtime, while assisting you.

This app doesn't work with your old 2degrees broadband credentials, and you can't automatically reset your password. Before you can login, you need to call up customer services to get a password reset, for the new app. I don't understand why they did this way, it feels like they just threw their CS team under the bus after doing a dodgy release.

App is fine. Works fine. Actually quicker to pay everything through here. The Mobile 2degrees app really needs to match the 2 degrees Broadband speed and efficiency. Otherwise. Well done to our app coders and developers. Please do the same on the Mobile app. Btw people are using the Mobile app to Manage the broadband account too, remove that feature from the mobile app. Separate the apps entirely.
