This app was going great until.... a week before I downloaded it on my new phone and tried to order but I am not receiving the otp from the app no matter what I do it's not coming ...I even deleted it but it's not working plz try to solve this problem as soon as possible

Amazing app! I remember I downloaded this app a few years ago and the interface was so bad that I sticked to using foodpanda only. But I can safely say that this app has improved tremendously. The interface is simple with no lag, the ordering process is smooth and fast, address confirmation and everything else is also good. Way to go OPTP 👏🏼

Worst customer support and order is pending for 45 minutes, and there is no way to contact customer support, All non working Emails and UAN

Placed an order during the day and they sent me the confirmation email at midnight after 10 to 20 minutes they call me that we can't proceed with your order. Really?!

Not user-friendly and extremely frustrating. Does not let you login without multiple attempts. If you try to checkout as a guest, it has you select your location multiple times too. Best to just call their helpline.

After the recent update that changed the overall ui experience of app but with that most of the functionalities are stopped working. Its is really frustrating not being able to signin or open up settings or see full menu. Most of the UI is not interactive now. Placing an order has become near impossible now!

I have to sign in every single time as it logs me out automatically. Plus i don't see any latest deals updated on the app either. It seems the deals are deliberately hidden on the app, while they are visible in store and also on the website when opened from the promotional link sent via sms. This is cheating your customer.

Very poor app experience...can't login, can't order as guest ....OTP code not received even after multiple times trying (network was fine) ....same experience with website ....overall very poor online order experience with optp. Would surely order from elsewhere rather than wasting my time.
