Have been using pc express for years now. The app experience is truly terrible. Updates come to change certain features but never to address the problems. Checking out and selecting boxes has major issues, have to repeat this 5-10+ times to be able to check out Can no longer edit live/active orders after they've been placed Adjusting the quantity of an item often doesnt stick and revert back to the previous amount Searching for items seems to be hit

I've been using this app for 4 years and the recent updates are so messy for searches!! It used to show me the most relevant and most purchased items first, and now I scroll a few times before I see them. It prioritizes sponsored products, ads, and packaged products that are not usually showing (like search for cheese, but I get Ritz crackers first and non PC products. Or search for oregano and get canola oil, garlic and basil BEFORE oregano). Unreal!

They now show ads in-between items. The ads take most of the space making it way harder to see every items. Sometimes the items even gets pushed to another line making the display look really bad. Update: ads situation is the same if not worse it now render the ads when it's off screen which move the whole page. Their support robot recommends solution that don't exist like using the "report an issue" button on your order... Will not use this app anymore

Most of the app is fine, but they have a lot of weirdness around selecting amounts/bagging options/payment (waits for animations to finish before committing changes and sometimes reverts changes back) that makes it so frustrating to use. Any decent programmer should be able to fix this, I'm sure Loblaws has some, so just fix it already. It's been like this for sooooo long.

Pretty good overall, had some issues with choosing the store. Couldn't do it successfully without choosing an item to add to the cart first, otherwise it kept closing the app. Lately it's been difficult to checkout, clicking bins and bags options just doesn't work and then the screen just keeps phasing in and out and you can't confirm your order. Takes 10-20 attempts at hitting place order before it works. Also, often after selecting a quantity of an item it suddenly reverts to 1 or disappears.

I use this app all the time because I do not have the time to go in store to shop! It never lets me checkout on the first try! It keeps saying that I need to select a bagging preference when I literally already did select and specify 4 bins! So I try to select and mark 4 bins again to hopefully be able to check out on the 2nd, 3rd, or even 5th try while reopening the app until it finally goes through! Every flippin grocery order! So incredibly annoying! Please fix or I will lose my sanity!

PC EXPRESS APP - OOOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG! ------- Not sure what the issue is, but your app is completely broken. All it does display is the Ooops! Something went wrong message when opening the app. Android 13 user here. It's been like this since at least the last update. I do hope this issue is resolved soon.

Hasn't worked for weeks. All I get is their cheeky "oops check your connection and try again" as if it's not their app that has the problem. Nothing wrong with my connection. Clearing cache etc doesn't do anything. Reviews are clear, their app is BROKEN and they can't be bothered to FIX IT, according to all the placating, useless and empty responses to these reviews.
