Excellent application, featuring lots of offers and deals. The UI is informative, and easy to use, you can set the language to English. For activation, you might need to go to a physical T-mobile store for identity verification, but that is a very fast and efficient process (it took me less than 15 minutes). T-Mobile PL offers several different types of top-ups and packages, some even include EU roaming. Thank you!

My account is constantly being tampered with every time I turn around I have to change my password there should not be a reason why I have to keep changing my password in my account it's been externally tampered with, have not been able to sign into my account since October 3rd with my very own information always being opt out unable to make payment arrangements unable to make payments because being opt out of my account automatically by T-Mobile background or T-Mobile AGENT!! 11-11-2024

The app is good. but going to some options, only polish language is available. Must be English optional. And please add some Internet packages with more data like example 25 GB per month roaming for truck drivers who they are working in Poland and driving all over Europe. It's very helpful.

The optional questions below are useless but the app is pretty good, would definitely work on UI a little bit but the recent addition of the point system is definitely for the better keep it up
A Google user
A year ago it still worked, giving about 75% of iBOA information. Then it went down to about 20% and now it wouldn't even open, just giving an error message that something went wrong try later. I haven't had ANY Android updates installed the meanwhile. The situation has greatly improved after recent updates, App is starting to be as good as some large providers have beyond Poland. Recommended!!!

The new version of this app is terribly frustrating. It used to work flawlessly. The widget used to work, too. Now when I log in with phone number or email, it always tells me that I must add and validate an email for 'Telekom', even when I've logged in with my email! I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling and logging in first with my phone and my email. Nothing works. After I log out, I see the option to log in automatically. When I select this option it STILL doesn't work! Terrible experience.

I have been using T-mobile for more than a year and I'd highly recommend their services. Great prices and bonuses! The application's English version works great. They have in-app top-up/add-on packs and many options to choose from. You can chat with the customer care agent and they also speak in English. Their roaming tariffs are fine too when compared with other service providers. Furthermore, they have also enabled coupons for various platforms since 2023. Thank you! ♥️
