Even though there is screenshot feature built-in with the Phone OS, I stick on to this app (subscription version) because it is intuitive and simple. The editing feature is minimal and is enough. If we were able to extract the text in the captured screenshot (ie OCR) it would be great as there are many situations where we are unable to copy text from screen (eg: Phone number given in an advertisement image shared through WhatsApp etc). Also some colour themes as there is only the orange colour.

Note: Since googles newest update in order to take a screenshot, I just swipe up from the bottom right corner towards the center and this app works like usual. I've used this app for quite a few years now....and on 3 different phones. It's works great! And does everything I need it to do. Edit: the only thing I would like is the ability to select resolutions for screenshot. ie: 8K, 4K, 2k and different formats ie: .png, .jpg, etc. And obviously without resolution loss or different compressions

This is the second time this issue has happened. I have a paid subscription on my google account, but because I have my Mom's google account on my phone, the app is out of nowhere asking me for a subscription for my Moms account. There is no option to revert it back to my subscription. So now using it without a subscription on my phone.. same on my tablet. Very frustrating. This happens only to this app. After resintalling problem solved. Then an update came and its problematic again.

It introduced ads a few updates ago. How much more development does this app need that it needs funding? The only purpose of this app is to take screenshots in a press of the button, crop them, save them. The app is done, it's working and nothing needs to be developed further. The ads are unnecessary. I'm rolling back to an old version. EDIT: Still using an old version, but gave 3 stars instead of 2 because the devs' future plans. Though there's a chance this app becomes too bloated.

Edit: Destroyed by full screen ads. Old review: The absolute best screen snapper there is. I can't keep stressing enough how awesome this is, especially when you're a creative person who collects stuff, brainstorms a lot, and shares snippets. One of the first installs on every new device, and ad-free. Big hearts to the dev, I know you're reading this <3!

Thanks for adding ads! I love the new update. I used to be able to use this app for free, having an awesome tool to quickly and easily take screenshots. Now I get to watch sometimes up to 5 seconds of ads for taking a screenshot I LOVE IT. Why take a screenshot fast when I can just wait instead. Whoever came up with the idea should be rewarded a raise!

It works well for like 20-30 minutes but then it gets turned off from the device assistant automatically and I have to again allow it as the device assistant app, which is very irritating. Kindly check it out please. The phone I use is Samsung Galaxy M40 Edit: Problem was solved, thanks a lot. Apart from that, it's the best screenshot app. Take love💝💝💝

This is definitely an excellent app and does exactly what it claims to do, and does it extremely well. I would like to buy the premium version but it seems to make no sense that there is only a subscription option and not an option for a lifetime license. Subscriptions make sense for software that has content updated on a regular basis and provided multiple functionality. An app of this nature should be simply offering a lifetime licence fee for its premium version!
