The updated version (from NOS to myNOS) is absolutely mediocre. Completely the opposite of "simpler, more intuitive organization", most features take me outside of the application - what's the point of having an app then? If I wanted to use the browser I would. The important info used to be on the main page, now it shows nothing. App is also slow in the transitions from one menu to the other. The previous version was superior in every way.

I wish there is less than one star, because you don't even deserve it. it's really a terrible app and terrible support, even on messenger (which they promote to it a lot here), they are unbelievably slow answering the questions, the app is useless without English translation, so it's better to not install it if you are not a Portuguese speaker. I highly do not recommend NOS if you are a tourist or new expat, and I will definitely move to Vodafone or any other service provider very soon!

Is this the worst app that I've ever used? No. But it's pretty bad: You cannot see your multiple hired services, you need to get a pdf invoice for everything. No real time information. Outdated information and broken links. It's probably developed by some outsourced company that doesn't care. Edit: I love how the answer completely misses the point, perfectly showcasing what I'm talking about.

The very worst app I've ever used. The UX is atrocious (pro tip: most of the useful actions of the app are under the "search" section). It's crazy slow, every screen change is preceded by a blank screen (as if the app crashed).

Absolutely terrible, does not send you codes...been using different networks all over Europe, trying to top up using nos app is an experience on it own ..horrendous Sent you several messages after your response..STILL NOTHING AND STILL HORRENDOUS..you need a whole new app to make it easy and you need to try and keep up with the rest of Europe..Where's the multi languages ? Done everything they've asked..nothing..the staff are about as useful as the app (joao) USELESS ..IM OFF TO VODAFONE 👍

Worst service ever faced. Bought a traveller card. Internet does not work. Support explained that package is not activated for some reason. Asked to activate. "Will do in 5 minutes and call you back." was the answer. 7 days passed, I visited office 5 times, opened 5 issues with support. Internet still does not work, but we have some progress - I cannot call anymore as well.

This SCAM COMPANY ignored my non-permanent contract, persistently charging me after I relocated. Contacting them was futile, and left me no choice but to ask for holidays and fly to Portugal to stop the payments. Despite providing extensive evidence, they still fined me €77 days later, when I returned home. In total, I lost over €500 and countless hours. When I go back to Portugal, I'm determined to report them, armed with emails, contracts, and other proof. STAY AWAY OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Not user friendly at all, not recommended like Nos itself. The only reason I still have NOS is due to the 2 years permanece that I sign for. It's really exhausting to see that the internet fluctuate and gets stuck constantly when I'm paying for 200mb. Not recommended.
