Excellent app, I've never had any issues with it at all. Very reliable, instantly changes settings on air purifier.

Edit Aug '21, from 4 to 5 stars: the app now has the ability to schedule auto mode, making it basically perfect! Wifi and app setup was painless (compared to some other brands' broken apps) and features all work. One feature I find it lacking is the ability to use auto/pollen mode within the schedule. I'd like to be able to schedule "turbo" speed during hours where the noise won't be distracting, but otherwise keep it on pollen mode. That's unfortunately not possible with the current scheduler.

Awesome app. I had a difficult time pairing so I contactes support and even though it was 3am they got back to me promptly and was able to get me connected quickly. I have had a minus2a for 6 years, it died (my fault) so when I got a new one I got it with wifi. It is amazing, after years of pushing button combos the app makes it so much easier and verisitile. From the performance of the unit, app control to tech support I cannot imagine it being any better.

This app is useless. I tried to connect to wifi (yes, I have 2.4) and/or Bluetooth almost 2 years ago and gave up. I have since moved, have a new router and still can't connect to either one. Bluetooth goes to wifi connection anyway so that won't work. Sonos speakers, Google home, Phil Hue etc connect with no issues. There is no WAP button/symbol on my Cox router! Not user friendly! Uninstalling this unusable app. Disappointed as this is an expensive air purifier. It should connect easier.

Frustrating failure. I created account. Found device on app selected network (2.4GHz on phone as well.) Got to the enter network password field, entered password and.... That's it. Keep getting an error message to enter password. Tried WPS the error read "Uh oh" blah blah. Also is you try to go back in the process it asks if you want to cancel setup. Press no(actually cancels setup). Pressing yes cancels the do you want to cancel setup. Confused? You bet. Note 8.

I think this is a solid start to the app! No problems with setup on my end, and everything seems to behave as expected. However, doesn't give much information beyond the current settings. I think it'd be great if they added a "historical" graph view on air quality. That would really start making the app super interesting and useful. For now, it really only seems useful for changing settings if you forgot to before leaving the house.

5 stars functionality, since all of the app's functions to control the air purifier are working, but way but too many issues getting it to connect. Needed to 1) forget 5GHz home wifi on phone (couldn't connect to the purifier's SSID wifi, defaulting back to 5GHz), 2) turn the unit off and then back on, then worked perfectly. Also worked when I changed my phone to the home 5GHz network, AND on mobile Telecom data. FAQ needs to be updated to add tips when their standard install process fails!!!

The app is very basic, although it does everything that's needed. It would be great if i could set different fan speeds during different times on DIFFERENT days. Also, it seems to get slow or no feedback from the unit sometimes. I'll have to resend a command twice. just something I've noticed.
