Such a clunky app. Really poorly designed and put together. I genuinely think they hired an intern to build this. So hard to clean up your unwanted dive logs. Everything feels like you have to click a million times to get anything to work right. It's so contrived. Not impressed after paying over a grand for the computer. You can't even permanently delete logged dives from the computer. They just repopulate and now I have to manually import logs so it doesn't mess up all the filtering I did.

App feels half baked: The scrolling direction changes whether you're grabbing the text or the scroll bar - leading to constantly scrolling the wrong way. Text from the background keeps showing through while viewing the dive info. Can't combine dives. Refuses to show SAC on graph despite saying the average SAC in the details. Can't export the data to an external file. Is the desktop version better?

Dive computer 5* ...the app...wish I could give it half a star. the inability to connect is such a massive waste of time. in the off chance that the computer is even discovered, the laptop or phone will just disconnect mid transfer of dive data. Shearwater, I am hoping someone reads these comments and does something about it. Being able to consistently connect and manage dive data should be a core basic function not a point of frustration.

Shearwater please hire a professional app developer to fix this mess. Dive computer interface and configurability is awesome, this app is horrible. There is no way this app has been tested by real people on android. Clunky, just registering was PIA, Connects to phone then crashes when downloading dives. Really stinks this app is required to upgrade firmware, hope that will work when needed. Recommend using "Subsurface" it is quick, professional and bonus has Linux desktop version along with mobile versions.

I absolutely love the Shearwater brand as well as my Perdix 2 Ti dive computer with Swift Transmitter! I can't really say the same about the app. The app seems somewhat outdated and the UI is dull and could be modernized. App-wise I prefer DiverLog+, but love my Perdix 2 too much so I'll have to stick with this app and hope they overhaul it. You also cannot manually add dives to the dive log on the app which is unfortunate because I wanted to add in all my previous dives from my old dive logs.

I love my Shearwater dive computer, but this app needs WORK. It has terrible usability and is hard to navigate to where you want to go in any sensible way. I have really tried to use this one since it's the "official" app, and the syncing itself is fine, but is so unnecessarily difficult to use otherwise and the UI is just very old and clunky. They need to hire a UX designer and some app testers for sure, but for now, I'll be looking for a different app.

I have a Teric dive computer and I love it. small and stylish for everyday wear, yet has all the features of the bigger dive computers. I would rate the computer a 5 star, but this rating is for the app. The app lacks some features and is difficult to type in. I know Shearwater is Dive computer company and not a Phone App company but as great as their computers are I wish the app was allot better. Upgrades to the App would be much appreciated. Features such as a multi-select function for items seen during the dive (Turtles, Sharks, Sting Rays, Octopus, etc....). Another change would include autofill certain fields based on the previous dive. Many things don't (rarely) change between dives (weights, tank size, single tank, wetsuit, etc...). Autofill these fields but allow user to make changes when needed. Lastly, make the app more user friendly so its easier to type or make more dropdown selections. Thanks

I truly love my Shearwater computer. I wish I could say the same for their mobile app... As just one example, it recently stopped displaying detailed information for dive profiles when sliding the vertical bar in landscape mode. I think this is a new problem, as it didn't do this before (maybe this resulted from a recent update?) I could detail some other issues, but looking at other reviewer's comments, these things have already been talked about. I hope the app gets improved at some point.
