This food and drink app is a complete disaster! It is so complex and messy to navigate that it's almost impossible to find what you're looking for. The layout is confusing, the search function barely works, and the menus are a jumbled mess. I tried to order food using this app, but the whole process was a nightmare. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this app at all costs. It's a waste of time and effort.

It's usable, but it's incredibly low effort. It's basically a wrapper for a website that still somehow manages to be ~100MB in size, and there would be absolutely no reason to use this app if you made an actual functioning website that's usable in a regular browser.

Would be nice if we could share current order list. Simple product id and quantity will suffice as the data that will be saved backend with an order list id to share, the frontend can render the product and quantity with this information, added products could be sent to another person to purchase instead of adding afresh . It's a nice feature to have .

Terrible design of apps. Apps forgets the password and asking to login again againan again. It is difficult situation during the payment front of cashier. The card code should be opened with apps. at the same time on front page of the apps. X5 immediately should change the design of the apps.

This is a very bad app, i ordered first time and i got a different product and they refused to return and even the customer service is also very bad no one actually solves the issue. It's worst app.
