Какой смысл заказывать в приложении, если сотрудники не в курсе его существования? Заказ начали готовить, только когда я пришла его забирать и сказала о наличии заказа. Ужасный сервис

функция оплата картой в приложении не работает (xiaomi mia1). долгая доставка. пока разбирался с оплатой прошло ещё 30 минут, в итоге пришлось оплачивать через браузер на сайте

The app is fine, the delivery service is just bad as hell. They won't deliver your food and they will tell you to go and grab it yourself at the store, if they decide it's "cheap". If your food aren't "cheap", then you'll wait for two hours, even if you are in 15 minutes from them by walking. Complete waste of time.

Какая грусть сидеть выбирать роллы пол часа, сделать заказ, а потом узнать от оператора который вообще не должен был звлнить, что доставки по твоему адресу почему то больше нет. На лицо какая то проблема клиентсуого пути.
