Trying to download recordings, but it's not saving on to my phone liked it used to. before, it was saved on the folder HDWIFICAM, but now after downloading the video/recording it's no where to be found. Tried to install old version of the app, still the same. CLEARED CACHE, no luck. Used other phone, but the same issue occurs. WHAT'S HAPPENING?!

I'm beyond frustrated! I am a fairly intelligent woman. I can and do follow instructions. But this will only take it so far and I can not connect! I am not prone to drama or exaggeration but I am in a situation where having a spy camera could literally save my life. I can not find customer or tech support. It wasn't easy to order and receive it without the being detected by the very person this is meant to catch. I put myself in more danger. I was counting on this for proof. 🥺

Well easy enough to setup but what I don't like is all the permissions it wants for example why does it need to be able to look at all my photos on my phone and the video. That is why only 4 stars so far may update in the future.

When I tested the camera to see if it was good o not, I liked the old version of the app,because I could monitor the camera even if I didn't use the router,and it was clear and I could still zoom in. But now that I opened the app again to test it. I didn't like it anymore because the video on my phone's monitor was very small unlike before when I could go full screen and still had to connect to the router or wifi.

This app is near impossible to work with. Unable to even create account. Verification codes come so late, they expire before they can be used. The app is forcing users to create VERY WEAK passwords.

The app sends notifications but doesn't show when clicking on it 😠. Downloaded video doesn't show either. Okay in the beginning but useless after a while.

Just a complete garbage system. Can only use with their app and it won't even save to my SD cards now in any camera and always asking you to pay for cloud service. Ya like I'm going to pay for an app to hold onto my videos. Just a bunch of BS.

1. Do not have many options for new user, not enough explaination for user selection, 2. I cannot login in android with my Account created on Ipad 3. App for ipad do not show first line as block by heading banner
