FYI...I only shop at jumpstart. This app installed and let me set up an account, but now when I open the app, it stays open a min of 45 sec and then closes. I can't do anything in app!! Very frustrating. Fix the app and I will fix my review, from what I can tell during the few sec it's open, it will be a good app with lots of good deals.

Tasks several minutes to load. 90% of the time it's still trying to open after 5 minutes. The two times I've actually been able to look at anything on the app it was bland at best. I'd go back to using Casey's if I had one closer.

I love the idea of this app I spend money daily at jumpstart but Everytime I've tried to redeem my points it closes the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times it just won't work. I would love to give it 5 stars but I til I bennifit from it I won't. Thank you

The app is great if you can get into it. It takes at least 10 times of pushing the "oops something happened try again " button. It's ridiculous.

I can't get the app to set my birthday. It just gets you there at the date area and won't allow you to save it or accept it. I was all excited to start this app but quite disappointed to be honest 😕

Sucks wouldn't allow last name or email both are valid. Update don't use auto fill when entering info!

App refused to let me set my birthdate in, kept going back to "reset all information, and put in birthdate." Would give more stars if this is corrected.

Can't ever get the app to actually open. So beyond irritating!!
