Get going in four steps:

Step 1: BECOME A CUSTOMER

• Choose the subscription that’s right for you
• Become a Mobility customer in just a few steps
• Download the Mobility app

Step 2: MAKE A RESERVATION

Open the app or the customer portal and proceed as follows:
• Enter the Mobility station
• Enter the desired duration
• Select the vehicle category, reserve

Step 3: DRIVE OFF

• Go to your reserved vehicle.
• Inspect the vehicle for damage. Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey.
• Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
• Off you go!

Step 4: DROP OFF

• Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time. If the fuel level is under 1/3, refuel the vehicle before returning it.
• Lock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
• Please observe our fair-play rules.

Never again. They changed my reservation without my consent to another car and that cat got broken (failed to start) at the loading terminal blocking other cars from loading. It was my 3rd experience with them. 2 out 3 times the cars were so dirty inside I had to wear special clothes....

I don't like the service for two reasons: 1. After subscribing I realized that it's way too expensive per km to be worth the convenience. We ended up prefering to change dates for trips and borrow a car from someone we know, than to pay this premium. 2. It costs the company absolutely nothing to delete you from their system yet they insist on binding you with a subscription for a year, so you have to keep paying subscription fees even if you cancel and don't use the service at all.

No clear info on the app about the pricing when trying to make a reservation. Thought I would get the pricing and final confiramtion when I click reserve with fee, but really what you get is only the fee - it is quite bad or some could say borderline scummy UX. You have to go onto website to find out this stuff.

Bad, too unsmooth user experience. Changing the windows too often is just confusing. But it worked, no crash.

in the last year the app is freezing, almost every time i open it its reqursting to log in again, which is quite annoyingOtherwise it works

Mostly I am happy with Mobility. However, I did recently reserve a car an hour away by train in Monthey on August 24 which was not present when we arrived at the train station. After talking with a Mobility representative, we learned that the car was in service and that someone had forgotten to update the App's database to reflect this. The Mobility representative was understanding and offered to pay for a taxi, but this was not possible for us. I was a bit disappointed by this experience.

Could you please make it possible to save the reservation to the system default calendar (instead of enforcing Google Calendar)? I'm using Proton Calendar and other apps can add events to it, but Mobility always open Google Calendar (or does nothing if it is not installed). Thanks a lot! I love the app and the car sharing concept! The interface is beautiful and is a joy to use!

They sometimes overcharge. The prices are clear and when you make the calculations it doesn't really fit and the invoice is not transparent. Then, it's a bit annoying to pay 5sfr when you cancel a booking even it's a week in advance. I booked something by mistake and in the same minute I realized that it was a wrong date so I cancelled it and booked another trip. Then I've found that i had to pay 5sfr. Please be aware of the extra charges you might face, it's quite tricky and I find it greedy.
