Stationsfinder
Über den Stationsfinder können Sie auf der Karte eine gewünschte Station auswählen und die Verfügbarkeit der Fahrzeuge abfragen und gleich ein Fahrzeug reservieren.
Kostenkontrolle
Vor der Buchung eines Fahrzeugs können Sie die voraussichtlichen Fahrtkosten über die „Kostenabschätzung“ ermitteln. Hierzu geben Sie bitte die geplante Fahrtstrecke in km mit an.
Fahrzeuge und Stationen
Über die Einstellungen „Meine Standorte“ können Sie eigene Adressen, z. B. für Zuhause oder Ihren Arbeitsplatz hinterlegen, um diese bei der nächsten Buchung bequem auswählen zu können.
Ebenso können Sie über die Einstellungen neue „Fahrzeugfilter“ definieren und Ihre Favoriten für die zukünftigen Buchungen speichern und bequem wechseln.

The service is nice, but the app was ok for the 2000, in 2024 is only a mess. It fails with the booking time, so you found an overcharged price with no apparent reason except app's bug. Or Take the authorization, I need to insert passwords and the pin. Any system nowadays use 2AF and RFID phon based.

Great cars at very reasonable prices. Also they trust novices like me and allow to drive even with less than 1 year of experience, unlike many other providers. The app does the job, but UI is outdated. Looks like you develop apps for many car sharings, so investing in UI could be fruitful for you in the long term

Initially the date and time fields were not working, however after logging out, closing the app and opening again it worked. Then I found a car and then clicked on the OpenStreetMap preview to enlarge and the app crashed. Black screen and non responsive. Only after forcing the app to close via the task manager could I open the app again. Bad first experience unfortunately. Not the German quality one might expect.

"Das Passwort kann mit Hilfe der Browserfunktionalität des Chrome Browsers gespeichert werden." If I am using your App why would I save the password in the browser of my phone? I managed to get the old version of carsharing so I am no longer using the newer version (that didn't work for me). Looked at the pictures you have for the app, and i couldn't find one where it was the price estimation (time+km) or where I could change the booking time .... lost 30 min looking at every windown, pressing every thing to see if there was something that would let me change the booking time. But I couldn't, so I called the operator and the new end booking time was changed (and this means that the car was still available). Post some pictures with the functions I need and I might update the app it and try again.

Best car sharing app. I've been using it since 2018 and can just recommend it! Simultaneously also using other providers, and for Stadtmobil can say that it has fairest pricing model, good fleet and for most part quite customer friendly staff. Moved to Berlin recently (from FFM), and would ask Stadtmobil if possible to add some cars to the fleet in western Berlin.

Since a couple of days, the app stopped working. It only shows a white screen. Is this a known problem? Is there any solution or workaround for it? Thanks.

Love the Stadtmobile experience. Great cars, always one available and customer service responds quickly. The App itself has was okay a year ago, but has since seen lots of improvements and does the job well.

Awful customer experience. The app constantly asks for your login even after selecting "stay logged in". Booked a car and the car was not there. To end a booking sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. It is just a completely buggy service.
