Necessary to install the app to see what is available, after registering it lets you search for a timeframe, shows you stations with available cars, if you click on it it just tells you it is not allowed to book more than 3 days Validation of phone number forces you to reply to a message (charges may apply) not entering the code in the app like every other app in the universe does. After all they use a driving license validation service that does not even support swiss driving licences 😒

Impossible to add payment method, app is not usable. Same problem in the past month

The functions of this app are underdeveloped. If you want to book a certain car (i.e. a van), you have try endlessly by putting in different time slots. It should give you the option to search for a car type and location, and then list available slots. Moreover, many of their parking locations do not have charging stations. This is idiotic, as you have to spend a substantial time of your booking charging the car. No surprise everyone recharges just above the 10% minimum requirement.

The good: electric car rental for cheap. Verification was easy and straightforward. The rented car was a roomy Skoda Eniaq which matched expectations. The meh: filters for car type and calendar view of the free slots are missing. The bad: I booked the car for 2 hours. I picked it up with 12% battery only so I had to extend the rental to 4 hours as I had to charge the car twice. The return place did not have any charging station. At these terms, renting for less than one day does not make sense

Extremely bad experience! You set your account, but the app never says anything abot payment method AND driving license verification. So I start the app, go to the car that I want to rent and press "Book now" staying in front of the car. Only then the app says, now you have to enter payment method. But when you enter payment method, then press "book now" the app says, now you have to VERIFY your driving license. So you start taking photos and selfies. But you have to wait few hours!

I should give this service 0 star because of the drastic experience I have with it, today on the last day of the year. I verified my driving license and added a credit card early in November to have the app ready for emergency and in case I need a car. Today (31st of December) is the day I verified my driving license for. I wanted to reserve a car and it doesn't allow me "because my enrollment request is pending"!! I called support twice and she had no idea what this is about. Ridiculous...

You have to confirm your driving license every few months, which I did a few times, but last time, the app that is conducting the validation is not working properly. I have an EU driving license Cat. B, but the app fails to finalize the validation for the - Reason: The driver's license does not show the required class to use vehicles of this offer.

Disappointing app service. We needed to rent a car for moving to a new apartment and due to some error in the app I am not able to do any rental. After log in online it directly takes me to the Play Store again as if I did not have the app downloaded, so it is not possible to go forward with the process after 1 hour trying.
