Lags on older phone s9 and s20. No lag from my s21 ultra. Don't know about Apple products. Like the features as well, on and off function, set times, turn IR on and off. Can't wait to see how far this goes on features and updates. Also I would just buy an micro SD card the cloud feature isn't my thing. As far as people having problems with connecting to there internet it maybe the router. I had to update mine before it worked correctly. Hope this helps.

The app lags with the camera, it also makes the images pixelated, support tells you to update the firmware (which you cannot do because it won't allow you to), you can only have 3 others on the camera share, and the paid subscription is ONLY for seeing the saved video recordings. You can't even watch the days recordings without that subscription.

Functionality of the app and cameras are good. I do have a subscription but they will cancel your account without warning and raise the price amount for the subscription. They've done this to me a few times now. There have been events i needed to download for legal purposes only to find out i have no subscription and there is only live feed. Until my new cameras arrive ill be stuck using these. I honestly feel scammed and taken advantage of.

So far so good. Great picture. Easy to understand the app. The camera was easy to install and easy to connect to the app. I do wish I could have it playing at least sound on the background over other apps. I have it in my childrens room and if I exit the app I can't hear. I wish it would at least have sound overplaying so I could read my phone and still hear if kids call me. It'd be really cool if it had the sound and a little screen that played over. Sort of like YouTube does but for the camera

This update went from good to bad to be honest. I recently attempted to use the osaio apps 14 day trial subscription for cloud storage. But was immediately charged the $29 out of my card. Obviously, I immediately canceled it and once again I got charged another $29 after 14 days with no way to get in contact with support. Forcing me to cancel my card and trying to find any way possible to get my money back.

Hard to connect at first, with my virgin Broadband which is both 5g and 2.4 g. In the past my phone would automatically choose the 2.4,but I don't think that feature is available with virgin, without disconnecting from 5g,then reconnecting to 2.4g.That means reconnecting all the 5g users individually. What a carry on. As it happens I have a 2.4g dongle at my caravan, and I connected the Osaio plug straightaway. It is working fine now off my virgin broadband. So quite happy with it at present.

I use two of GC2 Cameras at the time £15 each. Picture is good but there is a problem with the frames and I'm not sure if is the appl or the camera. It has to do with FPS. 1) Imagine you climb a ladder and you miss one step in between at the time. 2) zooming in is not clear, you can't read number plates or see clear faces. Over all I'm happy with the Cameras, clear picture. Easy to use from your mobile, home and away. 4 start overall.

new version of app is total cr ap....new timetable of videos recorded doesnt make any sense,if you have a notifications of videos recorded by motion, clicking on them it shows up but there is stupid line on left which doesnt represent anything, previous version of app at least showed column of motion videos detected and you could click them one by one ,and now you have to click them each separately in the list instead of nice aligned column previously im lucky i have a backup of my old app
