Money gone. No bike. No support. I purchased a $20 pass. When I went to check out a bike it did not release and did not send me a check out notice. It sent me a notice of a successful return. Did not show I had ever checked a bike out. Maybe the prior user hadn't successfully clicked it in? No idea. $20 gone. Support didn't answer phone, text, or email. This was during the posted hours they are supposed to be available.

Tried to rent a bike in San Antonio. This wasn't possible as the app does not work for non-US credit cards: the ZIP code can be written only in the US format, as it doesn't allow other than numerical symbols. Card authorisation thus failed. Customer support line said that there are no workarounds and foreign cards don't work, live with it

For a ride that lasted about 1.5 hours I spent an additional 45 mins dealing with various tech support issues, malfunctioning software, unhelpful customer service. Really not worth it. Would have given up but if I did I would have been stranded miles from where I was staying.

The app works maybe 10% of the time. Keeps crashing. Was closer to 80% before the update. New UI looks good but if it doesn't work, who cares?

Newest version of the app removed several features. No refresh button, no ability to see open racks at a given location, no ability to see bike charge level. Why update the app if you're just going to make the experience demonstrably worse?

Tried to use the app on two different occasions. It failed to let my purchase with my CC on both occasions. Call CS and they were not able to assist, quite rude actually.

It can be fun, especially in the right place and weather. But I can never use this app again, unless I have a prepaid pass. The station rarely recognizes that the bike has been returned, so it just keeps charging every minute after you return it. This happened last time I tried, and I swore off Bublr. I just finally tried again, and it happened again. It's not like there's a "I returned it" button, so you just have to text Bcycle and hope they get back to you while you continue to accrue minutes

The app is extremely confusing to use. There is no clear register option, it took me fumbling around and tapping random things until I figured out when you click get riding you then tap on the option you have dropped down. Super annoying. Map is inaccurate, to return a bike you have to practically slam it into the lock for it to register. The bike was super dirty on my hands and pants. But it was super cheap to use and the bike ran well. A good idea but the app needs some major work.
