Like all govt. services are useless this app is just another waste of time. Cant even open the application.

Despite more than hundred times efforts, unable to upload documents required e.g. ID doc, Property doc. Every time on trying to upload these files of much lesser than displayed required size also, it displays upload success without any actual upload. On submission, result is zero. I don't know how to proceed now. It seems, it's not fit for mobile phone.

Worst app, this app is only made for wasting of time and only for show off that new connection can be applied online. But in reality this is not doing anything except wasting time. After trying hundreds of time to submit the form just says "please wait while processing but did nothing". This app wasted my 4/5 days because I thought it will work the other day but never works. Finally I applied offline.

After selecting the appoinment date from available slots, the final preview/submit button automatically takes current date as appoinment date and display message as appoinment not available for this date. As a user i am stuck as App is not taking form submit. Tried this with other phone also.
