Pretty worthless to me. Counterpath used to be my go to for the soft phone scene. Now they have jumped on the subscription bandwagon. I purchased the mobile soft phone and the pay extra codec's and used it a lot. It was absent from my device for about a year. I go to reinstall and this is all i can find, and you have to pay as you go (so that is money i wasted, i think the app was like $10 and the codec was another $10). I am so tired of subscriptions, i had about 30 of them at one point and am slowly getting rid of them. Give me an application i can pay for up from, fine $20 or $30 for a lifetime of upgrades, without the issues if my credit card expires or whatnot having to manage yet another subscription monthly or yearly. They are doing the same for desktop soft phones, I own Bria 5, but on their site it is "legacy", anything new is again pay as you go. Sigh, time to find a new soft phone, but i am just one customer so my issues are not important.

I do really appreciate this app and can absolutely justify the cost. However, It is frustrating that when you select to call record, it omits a large beeping noise for the person on the other end and still happens if you select to record every call in the settings. It causes confusion every single time without fail. Also, I work from home with reliable internet connection, yet too often I am notified by my work that I have missed a call, but the app did not ring even if I have the app open.

When Bria first came out with push, it worked really well. I don't know what changed, but the service seems to have gone downhill. Maybe they're over-capacity. I tried to adjust settings on the push side. I tried each of the four push types. I tried increasing the push refresh interval. It didn't help. I was missing a lot of calls. The weirdest part is that after the call was missed, I would immediately get the missed call alert. So, something was working, but not the way it should've been working. I started trying other VoIP clients and found Acrobits. The push service there works like Bria's initially did. My phone calls come through! I am also impressed by how well it integrates with the built-in Android dialer. It is a lot more seamless that way.

App is not bad bit the customer service is terrible. So inflexible. Very dissapointing. Just a big company trying to make as much money as possible and not bothered about how they treat people. Misjudged the renewal and actually didn't need the app. Asked for a refund and was just stonewalled with the terms and conditions. Shame as we have used it throughout the company. We certainly wont be going back when our current contract expires.

Hello I'm not receiving incoming calls nor push notifications from bria. I have switched between "standard, continuous, single device emulation, and single device take over" to no avail. I can call out fine, but incoming, and push, are a conundrum for me. I'm having to rely on zoiper pro for my incoming/push services now; I do have multiple registration allowed by my provider. And I have allowed my device to not kill Bria while running in background and to ignore battery optimization still nada

Calls are great quality but the setup and system configuration is quite cumbersome. There are also times it doesn't recognize the registration and I have to exit out and go back in. But once I'm in, it works well.

It's not a Voip, it's an app to use other Voip services. Paid subscription required to install and find that out. Then you cannot cancel the subscription without registering a 3rd party Voip service which I DON'T HAVE. So ridiculous!

Only used this as a client to connect to my provider voip service which worked great. Now that the app has changed to requiring a subscription, it is no longer useful for that.
