Not intuitive at all. No way to access cloud recording except on here and sometimes just doesn't record for some reason. So many redundancies and truly organized in such a confusing way. A minimalist approach would be 100 TIMES BETTER instead of floating bubbles. Just why? It doesn't record HD video and mine just stopped recording g video when triggered totally after one day of operation. No way to solve issues or see what's wrong. Just bad. Not user friendly at all

The worst app and the worst camera. It was a huge problem to connect camera to app. Then it never showed notification of movement or sound, even though I set it in the app. Then after half hour of being on, camera goes offline by itself and is unusable anymore. I had to remove device from app to make it work and I can't connect it to app anymore, of course. Reseting doesn't do anything. I have Nooie and I never had any problems with camera or app. Never again D-Link.

Recent degrade/now failing feature... Latest update sept 19 version, the image preview in push notifications has stopped updating, so the preview now shows old image from camera since 2weeks ago, instead of image from latest detected motion (6 of 9 cameras do this, 2 others still show the image from most recent detection) Otherwise app is decent, but has small glitches, and occasionally freezes so that one has to restart app.

Well, bad experience begins with setting everything up and ready to go... because you're confronted with a welcome page where you can either sign in or sign up in order to be able to use the camera. No other option is granted, thus truly disappointing. Honestly, we end users should be given the possibility to use products WITHOUT being forced to hand out a shipload of personal data to oversea servers. Final step: Return the item to retailer and look for an alternative.

Worst experience ever. I have the app for a smart socket. It is pure nightmare to try to connect the socket to the internet and to the app. I always follow the steps, but most of the times it just doesn't want to connect. If it does connect, after some time it just disconnects and there is nothing to be done. Please stay away from this device and app if you value your sanity.

With the new update, the scenes arent fixed like before and I have to manually say what home or away means and even when I fix it. When I press the buttons they don't respond. It isnt set to private or anything. And sometimes when I try to view the camera it just sets to private without doing anything. Dont like this update.

A bit too slow for my taste and the "fancy modern" looks/layout reduces efficiency of using. Frequent need to sign in again on same device doesn't help to improve working speed. Especially when you want to quickly turn on a device, all the small steps take quite some time compared to manually switching the device directly on the socket.

I continously receive notifications that it is online then offline many, many times throughout the day and night. Doesn't seem to be a way to turn off notifications?
