Seems like November 2023 transaction is not captured after I update the apps recently. Not sure technical glitches or scammer attack etc. 🙄😏 Oct 2024 I've update my apps just now. Surprisingly it indicates I have outstanding payment since July 2024. It's really absurd why this thing keep happenings again.

After lastest update, app doesn't generates notifications in notification bar nor sound when management issues notices or visitors check in. Email Support but get no response/support. App UI/UX also unfriendly.

Can't even do the simple thing right, qr become invalid before the expired of Visiting time. This apps shall really be going throught proper QC before released. Multiple visit day 1 230pm, Departure at day2 330pm. Day 1 3pm ok, day 2 3pm invalid. Loud and clear?

The app still needs lots of improvement especially the connectivity issue. My phone's cellular data is working well but the app did not load and just signed me out from it and hang at there where I cannot do anything but to close and reset the app to use. Another thing is the notification tab in the app takes too much time to just loading or not even loading to show all the notification.

I am using Samsung A50. Every time I try to open a document attached by my condo administrator, it refuses to launch Adobe Reader. Then I have to go and look for the document in the Files app and launch from there. I complaint about this but after 1 month I still do not get a solution!

App sometimes not responsive and buggy. Added outstanding invoices are not shown properly. When reported to my property app admin, was asked to log out and log in. I even reinstalled the whole app, still my outstanding invoices not showing. After complaining this, app admin ask me to login from web instead of the app. And guess what, their web app does showing the outstanding invoices properly, what a joke?! Are you suggesting the user to better uninstall it and use web app instead???

Too frequent untimely system updates. Each time want to use this app to add visitor, sure prompt me to update the apps first. A good system needs to be readily available and backward compatible eg Boost, Jagaa apps still function even when they have new version updates. QR code generation takes too much time to complete, many of my visitors do not have the patience to wait, and cancelled it halfway thinking the system has hanged. This adds to user frustration, which means poor usability.
