The application needs a lot of work, the interval of 2 minutes between notifications is too long, it should be added that it can be set to 10, 20, 30 seconds... When I want to draw the detection zone, I can only draw squares and rectangles, why can't I draw arbitrary lines, the image is too small, it should be set to full screen for better visibility. When I share the camera with another user, he does not receive notifications for detections. Only when I unlock the phone do I get a notification.

●The Motion tracking icon in the More Features tab occasionally fails to appear next to the Motion detection icon. ●The app sometimes crashes when changing the prompt tone using custom intruder sound effects. ★Overall, while the app is usable, it requires updates to address these issues. This app has never on two years allowed me to change settings like putting my camera to smart infrared, continuously tell me it fails when I try. I have zero issues doing it on my PC, but I've never been and to on here. If there was another app that my cameras worked with, I would switch without a shed of doubt. Do not recommend.

The app is completely useless, the wireless cameras that one uses with the app are complete junk. They never stay connected, the solar charged batteries last about two months then you have to replace the batteries as they will no longer hold a charge. Best to spend a little more money and get something that works and an app that functions.

Doesn't have eastern time zone. My camera is always 1 hour behind. I wish it would have a 12 hour clock with am and pm. I also wish that the privacy box would be transparent so it doesn't interfere with the video. Right now it has a blue box that covers your video screen so I try not to use it. I wish you could set times for it to detect movement. This app needs alot of work.

This app work fine at first, NOW IT IS CONSTANTLY CRASHING , but support is the Best !, they gave me a back up app, that works better than ARCCTV app 🤣🤣🤣❤️

Impossible to use. Cannot even create an account. On entering phone it generates a "Safety Certification" where you have to move a tennis ball through a red dot onto a racket. But this does not trigger anything an only function is to block any new accounts. One star is over-generous as this app does not do anything except waste your time. Pity, as the cameras look well made, but will be sending them back as they are none functional without an app.

At first glance the camera seems awesome but The camera stops recording randomly , in my instance it stops at midnight . Now I can't get it to record , with a payed subscription I shouldn't have this many issues . Camera also always reverts from HD to SD which is lower resolution, as soon as you leave the app . Recordings will not be high Def. Still fighting for my subscription refund , the support is not the best... I don't recommend this company/ app . Spend more for a different company.
