Updated after contacting GiffGaff. Every time I try to login to the app I get; "Uh-oh, looks like there was a connection issue". The only way I can manage Giffgaff is to log in to a website on a PC. Apparently this is specific to Moto G73 & G74 phones and there is a thread in the GG forum which started in August last, still not resolved. This phone also doesn't always log back into my own Wi-fi after going out of range, so I need to bring forward a new g'ybag - and need the App!

I can't log in anymore. If I try to use the app, it asks me to tick a box to say I'm not a robot and then doesn't work and reloads the same page and asks me the same question again. If I do get to the next page where I can enter my details, it comes up with... Uh-oh, looks like there was a connection issue Please check your internet access and try again.

Changing my review because every time I try to log in it thinks I'm a robot. Yes my cookies etc are on. Got logged in eventually and now yet again the same thing just because i have a phone thats a bit slower than the newer ones? Please fix this or going with another network as your the only network I've had problems with. Would help if there was actual additional support not just online

It used to work. Now insists on login (via a recaptcha) and fails with the message "check your internet connection". Of course you can't contact customer "support" without logging in. Cr'app

Hi please fix this giffgaff app because its not going through plus my signal is really low like about either 1 2 3 bars then it goes to completely 0 bars

You know what I give this company credit? I had issues with the sim n connection... they sorted my money back very, very swiftly. I didn't think I had a chance. Cos lame responses n slow , but yeah , bless them .. They did good.. rasta562

1 months I've been with these and have received 3 spam calls! Had my settings changed without my permission and receive spam emails even though I clicked "NO" to them, not looking good so far!dreadful.. greedy little company desperate for your top up and they won't leave you alone until you do

Signal coverage can be very patchy for my Mi-fi, but the cost and data allowance is exceptional! NO OPTION TO USE BIOMETRICS TO LOG IN - Muppets!
