First time user, drove me nuts. Tried to order for 7 people which takes a little time. My phone went to sleep and the entire order was lost. Probably OK for smaller, more decisive groups of diners. Please add basket persisance so you can resume where you left off, and don't make the user reselect the location.

This app was great but since the update it won't allow me to save card details so I have to enter them everytime which gets annoying. My discount code always says it's not worked but when I go to pay final total it has worked, very odd.

The app doesn't track guest orders, so when it finished my order I opened my again to check something else it still has my items in the basket so I assumed I had not ordered when I had, I am fine with the fact it will take time for the refund that is no issue my issue is I cant cancel the order and had to ask the manager who is absolutely wonderful waste her time im cancelling the accidental order herself

Even though I have set my local pub as a favourite, it doesn't load it as the default, and asks me to search every time I go into the app. Also, at the moment, I can't find how to see my current booking to manage it.

It's amatuer hour. As if having to create a separate account to use this version of the app wasn't bad enough, the app can't handle losing focus while you check the email for the verification code. Consequently you can't verify the new account unless you have a second device with which to check your emails. Amateurish sloppy programming.

Impossible to log in , I just get a blank screen every time. Have tried on mobile data and connected to my home wi fi and it's the same every time. It just won't load the log in page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, cleared data caches and turned my phone off and on with no change. Fix the app it was working fine before you changed it!!!

Great app. Did everything I needed it to. Snappy, clear and well-designed. Often apps are difficult to use unless you register and log in but this was seamless using as a guest.

The new app is very badly laid out, for some reason showing the menus in a bizarre order with dubious names... not as easy to navigate as the old menu, not as intuitive, and not giving as good an experience... Makes me wonder if they actually did any user testing!
