It's not the worst, but it needs improvement. Canned reponses only send after pressing spacebar. Otherwise, they will send a blank response. Custom groups for canned responses are not available. There is no option to turn off haptic feedback!? Tag search does not display results while typing. Swipe action should be customizable for techs. 2 step verification would be nice.

Just a badly wrapped web app. Both the app and mobile version of the website are utterly useless. I check back in from time to time to see if there's been any improvement but I have to stick with the desktop website. I've never even received a notification about new tickets or anything of the sort. I have to ask what the point of this app is at the moment. This is one of the reasons why we are looking for another help desk system to replace Jitbit.

The desktop version is a fantastic product. However, the mobile app has stopped delivering notifications of tickets on both Android and Apple products. This is an extremely important feature for a mobile app. I have contacted JitBit support and will adjust my review if the issue is resolved

We have used Jitbit for 5 years now. While desktop browser works fine, the Jitbit Helpdesk app is absolutely frustrating. - Search function completely broken - Autopopulates reply field with "undefined" on new ticket, thus having to press for a cursor, then delete text - When opening ticket from Android Notifications, app always loads blank white page and have to swipe to clear - When using via Chrome, pressures you to use broken Jitbit app. Edit: Year later, still broke, no update.

For how effective, efficient and intuitive the web version is, the mobile app is rough. Need to remember the hosted url everytime to login. App is framed in a bizarre browser. Tons of room for improvement, I'm sure they will meet the challenge.

The most important feature, Keeping me logged in, doesn't exist. I need to manually locate my page and log in every time I use the app. You can't call this a time saver or a convenient addition if using it incurs work. Esp if you have MFA enabled.

It would be a pretty good app if only it could actually give notifications. I need this for work but no matter what I do, it will never give notifications. I turned it off once while I was on vacation months ago and it's never worked since.

Few Bugs report: Issue in dependent custom filleds, even though it is set as dependent on previous filled all custom filled options are getting displayed. In ticket dashboard, filtering with tag option is not available. Ticket search option is hiden, it would be great if available readily in the home page.
