The latest update of the app is so bad, there's a problem whenever I add items to my cart n then check the cart it appears empty to me, I can't order anymore!

App just doesn't function at all, every tab takes long to load and there are issues with adding new meals to your order aswell as being wholly unable to remove old meals.

app used to be good. now whenever i go to cart it says empty even tho I added items. literally can't order anymore because my cart is always empty.

A very useless, stupid, and unsuccessful app. They never get the order right and takes hours to receive it and they just keep forwarding the order between branches. Had to call the customer service few times just to get my order and yet received it wrong. And just today I wanted to give it another chance to be surprised with a phone call before I complete my payment. He asked me to cancel my order and promised he will deliver my order but asked extra money!!!! Ofcourse I canceled my order.

I updated the application because it kept getting stuck on loading screen, and now I regret it. I have used the application to order Delivery a few times. After the update, it won't let me get to the Payment page and keeps showing that "store is offline, try again later" which sends me to pick my location again, and when I do that, it says we can't deliver here. Hello?! How were my orders being accepted before? Magic.

Worst thing that got me frustrated is when I went to order with a 50% discount, but it's expired, even when I tried to order literally the moment I downloaded it. And I am 100% sure I followed the terms and conditions of the discount. It's just expired before I downloaded it, but why is it still there?!
