Amazing app!!! Absolutely amazing! There isn't even the option to create an account making the entire thing, USELESS. Oh, I get it. It's only for VIP's. That makes a lot more sense. Well, unless your one of these "VIP's" this app will be completely worthless.

Great app and great service! I do wish that the program offered RFID cards like it used to, but the new bikes have been great. Still some work to do on availability- I frequently have to walk to the 3rd closest station or choose to take alternative transit when there's no bikes available, hopefully we'll see better rebalancing and more bikes added to the network soon

if you pay for 1 year, they say $12... but it's just the tip of the iceberg.... it has a lot of hidden fees.... my son and I rode 2 of them for 39 minutes and they charged us $21 .... it's not convenient.... this was my first time and will be the last....

Charged me 3x, said it didn't go through. Same thing on my friend's phone. She has an iPhone and I have an Android. I was able to rent a bike but my friend wasn't so we had to cancel. Doesn't take debit cards. The app is absolute garbage.

Same issues as the previous bikeshare program, even though CapMetro just spent so much time and money updating everything. I returned a bike 3 hours ago and it never registered. I now can't unlock another bike and so am stranded.

Unable to create an account, as multiple people have already reported. Seems to have the same issues with bugs that the previous app had. Disappointing.

Doesn't accept debit cards. Bike keeps charging you after you lock it. Biketown in Portland puts this to shame. Really sad you can't bike through a trail without a headache. Do better Austin.

Won't accept any of my 5 debit or credit cards "that type of card is not accepted". Similar to how it's impossible to get the parking at to work on Android in this city.
