Ordering is broken. Now gets stuck on "add a side" step because there are no options to press, it's just blank. No forward button. Can't move on to checkout. Can only go back or cancel order.

the latest update is now non functional. No matter what I order, the order totals $1.20, which is a nice feature, but then on checkout, ERROR PROCESSING ORDER. Can no longer checkout. Also, still need to add a registration code every time I open the app, but doesn't matter anymore, since purchases can not be completed anyway.

Unable to create an account and there's no useful feedback to tell me what I need to do differently. When I go back to try something different it clears all my info and I have to type it all in again. Such a waste of time! I wish the cafe that used to use Eatify did not switch to this app. Avg 1.3 star reviews of an app that barely functions for the few people who can use it and no developer responses. Are you even trying?

A barely-functional app. It's slow and tends to crash, doesn't remember card information, and frequently has login issues. On top of that, ordering is cumbersome and frequently just... Fails. Orders show as submitted, but don't seem to go through. My job switched to it recently and we've had nothing but trouble with it since the first day.

Horrible UI and ordering flow. Just 1 of many examples: Don't select the default time for your order to be ready by (which is 15 minutes from now). By the time you submit your order, it will tell you that the time you selected is no longer available. (if even 1 minute has gone by, this will happen) You have to cancel your order and start all over.

Edit 1/16: often, the next arrow is greyed out when I want to check out. Restarting the app doesn't fix it. At least it remembers my location now. This review is for the app, not the food service. The UI is bad. The app saves my email & password but does not keep me logged in. It always opens on the login window & autofills the fields, so I still have to tap the button to log in. The back button or gesture is not supported when going through the menus. Payment selection isn't clear.

This app is our only choice for ordering food in our cafeteria. It regularly crashes when I try to use a credit card saved in my phone. I haven't yet figured out how to use the credit card I saved in the app. It's not clear what cafeteria I'm ordering from. They give you options like "Breakfast special!" but have no description of what that is. It's just junk and our service company should be fired for making us use it.
