Rating: 0 Stars Terrible experience with Nas.io. I moved all my customers here because it offered automatic Telegram access for subscribers, but it doesn't remove users who cancel, as advertised. Worse, my $1,400 payout has been "Processing" for over a month, and customer support is unresponsive. Nas.io wires payouts to U.S. users, unlike other platforms that just deposit it. Look elsewhere if you need reliability—Nas.io has poor service and makes running my business impossible.

The new update is lovely but there is no option to add digital products. Nas.io please look into this

Nas.io is really an wonderful platform. It's really great that people like me can earn. The interfaces are really great. But I would like to make a suggestion. It'll be really great if you add a feature in the feed and events where members can also post or host events with the managers approval. And it'll be really nice if the manager can chat with members in the app itself, and also the members able to chat with the manager. Also there are some glitches in payments. Please make these updates.

They closed my account without Amy reason, I'm waiting all the month until the day of withdrawal that is the end of the month then closed my account and still not refunded my members almost $3k I lost with this scammers from Indonesia take care Guys , I have all proofs that my memebers still not get the money back

Seriously. NAS! LISTEN TO ME! A great at for but it has 1 DRAWBACK, ONLY 1 HOLDING UP MANY MORE CREATORS. The drawback is payment gateway. Payoneer should be added because: - it is available to everyone - Easy to use. - Is available in western and 3rd world countries unlike PayPal and Stripe. Adding it will significantly increase the number of creators on this platform ( Even I am holding myself back due to this) So please as quick as possible.
