I read on the reviews that developers respond to the reviews, so I hope they read this and fix it, so I can give more stars. Why does the app not have the ability to download docs (under discover)? I want to download pdf documents, maybe print them, or send them over email, or simply open it with a document viewer that has a "find" feature. That's not too much to ask, please implemet this basic functionality. Thanks

There's a lot going on for an app whose sole functionality is to notify me of when a package arrives in the receiving room. I guess I could use it to call or email the building office, but why would I need an app for that? What would be great is to be able to put in work requests through the app. No such luck. Not a very intuitive design either. Stuck about ten years in the past for app functionality and organization.

This is app is useless. There's constantly bugs, often ones so bad I can't even open the app. It also never sends phone notifications for work orders which is pointless. Saying you will help is meaningless when there are CONSTANTLY new issues. It's incomprehensible how you could make an app this unuseable. I wish I could give 0 stars. Seriously, be better.

The app itself breaks a little more with each update, for me at least. all on a good connection: tabbs don't always load correctly, there is no way to get OUT of the "messages" section, and the app sometimes lags like crazy. I consider myself pretty adept with tech and devices, so this app can be a pain to use when it won't cooperate. That being said, when it does work, it works just fine.

This app has some serious problems. The notifications for packages are nice. I can also add visitors and make reservations. However, all the other buttons don't work. When I click on "Send a Message", nothing happens. When I click on the bottom buttons - Community, Message, Discover, Features - nothing happens except the heading at the top changes. Maybe I don't have permissions since I'm leasing an this condo from the owner? Either way, there's no indication whether it's a bug or a permission issue and it's really annoying. Otherwise, it's a useful app, but half the features I can't even use. Very frustrating.

So many awesome possibilities. Great idea in theory... building doesn't utilize many of the various features including messaging and package or visitor tracking. It would be great if there was an administrative app or device(tablet/phone?) that the employees could acquire to easily communicate. Maintaining a log of professional communication and requests is pretty standard. Requests should be time/date stamped. Hopefully they'll transition in the future.

Makes my house less secure with all the bugs. When trying to every contractor name, it forces a change to "person already in database. But the info does not match. Update are ignored. So i Must authorize everyone named Mike to access my unit. NOT SECURE!!!! Also selecting from contacts does not work at all as advertised. Must type in every detail.

I can't add a pre-authorized guest with the same contact information as before. All pre-authorized guests are deleted. When trying to re-add one, it says something to the effect of "we found the following guest with the same contact information, proceed?" I'm unable to proceed or cancel, and I can't view details of the "found" guest. After force quitting and restarting the app, the list of pre-authorized guests remains empty. When changing the contract information the email body just says "hello"
