This app freezes all the time. I cannot scroll down a new message from a teacher and read it. I just open the new notification and cannot read the text because I always and constantly get the ANR dialog and have to kill the app and start again hopping to be able to read the message. Happens not only when I click on the notification but also when I start the app from the launcher icon.

Fix the app. I can't use one profile from two devices because it always kicks me out of one. When I try to create a new account it says there is an error and the programmers are working on it but it's been five days. Don't download!

This app is tolerable if used only for tracking progress. However its virtual room capabilities are terrible. My perfectly working camera is shown as not recognized for unknow reason and getting the mic work is a game of chance. It is beyond me why would our school choose this platform over other well established apps. Using it is a nightmare and a constant struggle. Underwhelming in every possible way!

The app doesn't open after adding user name and password. It worked OK till this morning. I reinstalled it, but without success .

If you're going to translate your app into other languages, at least try translating most of it. This app is very poorly translated, with some of the most important elements - like the teacher names and subjects - still being written in Bulgarian, even in the English and Spanish translations. What are you doing? If you were able to translate them in the web version of your application, I don't see what's the problem with doing it in your mobile app.

This app is badly optimized for numerous mobile devices and it simply doesn't work properly. I try to open it but it closes itself automatically. I tried deleting and downloading again, cleaning cache and cleaning data but nothing works because the problem is the app itself. I've deleted the app and do not plan on downloading it again until it's fixed.

Looks like the last update from 08.10 broke the Android application. I'm getting push notifications but when I try to open them - the app is constantly loading; profile information doesn't show any info about the school or the kid. After logout, I cannot login again due to "Network error, please try again later"; although I have internet connection. Funny, after reinstalling the app - I'm imidiately logged in the profile (without providing email/password) but the app is not usable at all - cannot see any info about the school or the kid (as above). The same issue happens on my wife's device. I don't have problems logging on the website.
