The concept is great but the app randomly stopped working for me?? I tried to send the link of my tree for multiple times and it just doesn't work. At first, everything was perfectly fine but then when I tried to check my tree, the link wasn't working. It's been over a week. I tried again today and the link still doesn't work. The icon also turned black. I don't know what's going on ☹️

I made an account using a link, and I wasn't aware that you need to download the app before you can read the messages. I forgot my password, and I've tried the forget password already, but I haven't received any verification code. I've seen that a lot of people have the same issue as mine, but the developer(s) haven't fixed this issue yet despite all the concerns from their users. I thought this app would make my holiday better, but it just made me disappointed. I hope u fix this issue. Thank u

The overall concept of the app was really cute. I made my tree on the website and sent it to my friends but now to read the messages it's telling me to download the app. I did so, but I forgot the password, I waited for the verification code but it hasn't arrived. I am not able to read any messages because of this bug. Please fix it. Edit : I got the verification code three days later but it doesn't work. And now all the messages are public, including the private ones.

Hello! I had the same issue w/ the others. I forgot my password, so i tried to retrieve it. But unfortunately, I'm not receiving any verification code in my email acc. So, while this is getting settled down (hopefully), i wish that the messages won't be removed so we won't lose it and can open it anytime (even if it's no longer xmas) while it's being fixed. We want to see our messages too! Thank you <3

Tried to log in but can't. It says my password is wrong so I tried to reset it but it needs a verification code that never shows up in my email. Without logging in you literally can't see the special messages friends and family sent you for Christmas hence defeating the whole point of this very broken app. Extremely disappointing. I'm logged in on a browser but it won't let me see messages on there it says you HAVE to use the app which I can't log into. So I'm stuck unable to do anything.

SCAM!!! Can't view messages because a) they only last for 24 hours?! And b) more importantly, because the website doesn't ask you to make a password in order to make your tree. I now can't view any messages, even after downloading the app and trying to get my tree to sync and open properly. The website also refuses to send a forgotten password email code so that I can set the password and view my messages before they expire. Super cute idea that ended up being so disgustingly wasteful.

An absolute wasts and disappointing app to say the least. THE LAST SECOND they tell us to get the app to see the messages. I dont know why they didnt make us do that at the very beginning, but whatever. I try and login and it says "please check your email." So i did, and theres nothing there. I tried to reset pass, verification code apareently was sent, nope. Nothing. Now ill never see the messages my friends gave. A complete waste of time and absolutely broken app. You ruined my christmas :/

i signed up with my google account so I didn't even have to set a password in the first place, since the site doesn't work i had to download the app, where apparently the password is necessary... Tried to reset it over 10 times, never did i receive any code in my email. Not in the inbox, not in the spam folder, nowhere. The rating would change if this will be fixed quickly
