Not able to login. Same issue as for others - login page flashes but not able to enter user name and password. Cleared data and cache, reinstalled the app, restarted the phone - all several times, and not using any f-secure products, vpn, or ad blockers. Works fine on another android phone in the same household in the same wifi. It is unacceptable that these login issues aren't resolved once and for all after numerous complaints from plenty of users. Please, get your act together!

This app lacks the basic functionality of filtering out news categories. Even in the personalized feed most news articles and stories are not interesting and I'm unable give feedback on this. I can choose to follow some categories but still forced to follow pop stars and such. There are also a ton of ads which is sad, because I'm paying for the subscription for now. I am having the same recent issue as others. Cleared cache, storage. The re-logged. The app just keeps on loading, not happens. Edit: The app is OK on mobile data but on wifi not. Images stuck loading and so. But this could maybe be related to my network.

Feels that every second version is really buggy, after the buggy one comes rather quickly a better one. So users are testers, saving costs apparently. The new version is visually much better.

The app in itself is ok, the news content on the other hand is of very poor quality, one can hardly even find articles that qualify as news. Most articles cover scandalous or entertaining topics one usually finds in magazines having nothing to do with news, professional journalism or ethical reporting. Cannot believe this is the main newspaper in Finland! How low can it be!

Must say that HS is shooting itself to foot by showing adverticements for paying users. You think you would get real quality service with subscribtion, but instead you feel cheated from your money. Double dipping might bring them couple extra euros, but how stupid you need to be showing adverticements for paying customers in 2019. The webpage still works without adverticements (with adverticement blockers) so this app is one of the most useless piece of software I have ever experienced.

Frequently loses the acces to paid articles even though you have paid for the articles. This happpens often and unexpectedly. Didn't fix with emptying the storage. Very annoing feature for the paying customers.

Cannot sign in. Clearing storage and cache does not help. Edit: ad blocker prevents the login page loading, even if app otherwise seems to work. Not having this issue with any other app though.
