ELEN application enables:• user registration
• usage of ELEN charging stations
• navigation to the nearest ELEN charging station
• charging station malfunction or problem report
• receipt of notifications and reminders regarding the use of a charging station
• in preparation: reservation of chargers, e-mobility service payment, roaming options with all European partners on the market
The application contains the regularly updated map with all ELEN charging station locations.
Status of all charging stations can be checked (availability, power, connectors, occupancy) as well as carry out the charging.
Standardized charging stations with standardized charging connectors, suitable for all EV on the market, are equally distributed throughout Croatia and cover all urban centers, intercity roads and main motorways.
ELEN charging network is the project run by HEP Group.

The initial guide is 5 pictures that are not explaining anything. Please add some text. Also i had the same black screen and not loading problem on several devices. Fortunately the no loading bug is fixable. You jave to turn off the application completely (not just minimise it) and then it should load next time you turn it on. Try restarting the phone as well if its still bothering you. Hope this helps someone.

Payment card authorization does not work with a card stored in app, if you are using enhanced security (confirmation of transaction in bank app). Workaround for this is to start charging without payment card and add a payment card in the process of starting charging. This means that you need to remove stored payment card from the app before each charge. Note that my other card with transaction authorized via SMS does not work at all. This bug is there for 2 years, please fix it...

Absolutely poor experience. Registering new account and activating German credit card for payments crashes the app due to 2 factor authentication. Adding vehicle for additional data on charging crashes the app. Activating charging points sometimes crashes the app. Poor experience overall.

I'm at Zir West. The 178kW chargers don't work even though the app says they do. Also, it shows a 3 second info that the charger doesn't work (after showing that the connection has been made and charging has been started). In real life this means it took me 30 minutes to realise this + another hour and a half atleast to charge the car with the 50kW charger. I'll be late to my final destination atleast one and a half hours. Can't say I'm liking that.

Extremely expensive network. Not only it costs 49ct per kwh, but they also freeze 53eur with every charge for a week. Went through Croatia with a small battery car and they have locked 500eur in total for 80eur charge... Absolutely insane behaviour...

Previous version was fine but after update it crashes when I try to enter my vehicle into app. Other parts of app work fine for me.

App does not remember login and password and does not allow system to remember it, so login has to be repeated all the time. As if app was written by an oil guy.

Debit card (international) does not seem to work. App does not accept card number with letters in it. Tried with two Dutch Maestro cards.
