The app is so BASIC that it's pretty much unusable for my use case as having a mobile sales team. Other competitors offer an app that has all the same features as desktop version. With Intercom however you can pretty much only reply to tickets and that's it. No CRM control No labelling Doesn't even let you know if clients have received Whatsapp messages or not (double-tick / blue ticks) Doesn't tell you what channel clients are messaging on Can't use AI features The list goes on & on...

Not User Friendly I wanted intercom to be mobile friendly so I could follow up with my clients anywhere, any time, hence I downloaded this app, but it just seems so disappointing. - Dark Mode is alright, but it's so hard to differentiate if you're on note, or conversation with the client. - there's no personal inbox, only mentioned. - glitchy app - lack of features, unlike desktop version. - can't recall messages Please look into this matter, so that it's more mobile friendly. Thanks!

A scam!!! Beware. They sent an email that was easy to miss and buried in it that they will "automatically transition you to our recommended plan if we don't hear from you." One assumes that means a comparable plan. Nope. They added on a ton of expensive add-ons. My monthly cost went up 400%. Total rip off. I talked to another user who said they are known for this.

F*** YOU GUYS. THERE IS NO REASON I SHOULD REINSTALL THIS CONSTANTLY FOR IT TO WORK. The notification settings seem to decide to stop working through out the year randomly, this time being the second in 2 months. Which was great to come to work to this morning, when I should have been getting notifications all weekend. EDIT: The notifications stopped working an additional 7 times since my post, making it 8 times in 6 months where this app didnt allow me to sufficiently do my job.

Anyone knows what is the point of "away mode" on the mobile app, if you gonna be receiving notifications anyway for new contacts? Developers should look at options how to "deactivate" the app in one go, when not at work. Right now, seems like it isn't possible, or the only sensible option linked to it doesn't work?

Switching workplace causes chats function to stop working you tap on chats and nothing , this bug had been there for as long as I had the app , if I want to switch workplaces I have to close the app , and login all over again. Yes I have tried uninstalling the app etc , the bug just will not go away , use the web version as the app sucks more than a black hole

After downloading my app, I discovered that when I input my email and password, it says 'incorrect email and password.' However, it only works when I choose to login using the Google method. Please note that it's the same Google mail and password that were saved in the Gmail method I used when trying to input them. If this is a bug, please fix it, as it is already frustrating me, and I've also been blocked from inputting my email and password again.

Without instant notifications, this is useless. It took 10 minutes before I got the notification. And the visitor already left way before I even knew that they contacted me. Please fix this bug ASAP. The browser notifications are instant. I feel your mobile development team sucks here. I will change my rating once this bug is fixed. I am giving 1 star because there isn't a 0 or negative rating available.
