!! DON'T TAKE !! you are not free to go everywhere,you can't leave everywhere,for example in front of some market or place you want to go ,it's pointless when you even can't drive in some areas because is no ride zone ,bike stops....if you want to turn off you need to go to exactly right place called parking spot that make you walk another km or more from place you want to be and reason that you take bike at first place...unbelievable lost 5 euro for nothing........

Down loaded it twice now can't get past the first page, I have tried various email addresses and it still tells me something is wrong. Called Bit the other day they could not help me. I have Lime and other applications to hire an e scooter or e bike no issue ...but this app 👎they need to fix the issue.

I've put some money in the app wallet while visiting Italy 3 weeks ago, but there is no option for refunding the unused money. I somehow managed to surpass the robot interface and write to someone (Alessio), explained him my issue, but he never got back to me. Instead he switched me back to the unhelpful robotic nonsense. So, what can I say.., it looks like the app is designed to steal your money.

Don't use it at all, it is a scam, they charve you too much, they charge you one euro just for unlocking, it means if you unlock and just lock it you should pay one euro

They automatically charge you at least 5 euro, and you have no way to refund your wallet even when cancelling the account.

Bad experience with the app/service. I wanted a quick rental for short trip. The process to start this rental was not clearly explained with many steps like taking photos of the ID and selfie. But worse the tarif presented was not true. The rental initiated a bigger transfer to the "wallet". On the account deletion it turned out the rules do not consider any refund of unused amount. Having this information only in the terms of service I consider as scam activity.

Although they were very helpful and could "take with us" the subscription from city to city (very handy indeed), the app needs some fixing. Limited parking all over Florence I can understand. But as soon as you have rent a scooter you CANNOT see in the map the parking spots. So we went around a long ride and then felt trapped and could not stop to enjoy, because we could not park anywhere. ANYWHERE!

My wife and I thought that these would be great to get about on during our stay in Italy. Everything started OK, we purchased different tariffs but all was good. Great fun. Money was being debted from our account as it should for the usage. But 3 days in while we both had active tariffs, our use was terminated and our debt cards frozen, and not by our bank. My wife did contact them, but we're as good as useless. We tried to explain that it's not our bank and the problem was with themselves.
